About Me

Background and mission.

Caitlin Clineff is based in Durham, NC where she works as a recruiter and company ambassador for Myatt Landscaping & Construction. Cultivating thriving ecosystems through use of carefully selected plant palettes that benefit local insects and wildlife is Caitlin’s design ethos.  Her interests include garden planning, soil science, entomology, permaculture, plant pathology, botanical nomenclature, and public outreach.  

Caitlin graduated valedictorian of her class at North Carolina State University in 2014, with a Bachelor’s degree in horticultural science.  She interned at Sarah P. Duke Gardens in Durham, North Carolina, and at Dumbarton Oaks in Washington, D.C.  She lives with her husband and their two cats and enjoys health and fitness, Japanese cooking and language studies, traveling, and Irish dancing.
